Pockets Of Oysters Positivity:

(Intro)

Verse:
How sure are you tomorrow will be there?
How sure are you that anyone cares?
What makes you think that you deserve another day?
You've already had so much time to play.

Chorus:
Tomorrow's a guess, don't you hate the mess?
Welcome to today, what's there to say?
Just pass it all by, think nothing of the sky,
Tomorrow'll go away, just like yesterday.(x2)

Verse:
Nothing can guarantee,
How much Rob likes dick cream,
The fate of the whole world,
Or of that one special girl.

Chorus:
Tomorrow's a guess, don't you hate the mess?
Welcome to today, what's there to say?
Just pass it all by, think nothing of the sky,
Tomorrow'll go away, just like yesterday.(x2)

Verse:
There's nothing you can do to save your place,
When you're staring a deity in the face,
He says it's all over, no tommorrow,
He's done with all the ungrateful sorrow.
(To Instrumental)

(Instrumental)

Outro:
How did you blow your last chance?
I gave you everything you asked,
How was that not enough for you?
You don't appreciate anything that I do

Gross Ice Tea:

Verse 1:
I don't care about what you say to me
The sun is due to come up
Life is unfair, you take it in strides now
Call me out? well, shut the fuck up

Chorus:
You make it easy to cloud up a sunny day,
You're pleased to rain on my parade.

Verse 2:
The tunnel has its own light way for down at the end,
It's shining ever so loud,
Run to catch up with it, beconing for your grasp,
You don't know what to shout.

(Instrumental)

Verse 3:
Stare down the light, He smiles right in your face,
He wishes you good luck,
Story of the moral is; don't let it get to you,
You shouldn't give a fuck

Second chorus:
Not gonna let your memory get in the way,
I'll never regret I said I wouldn't stay.

Verse 4:
I know they all said the grass isn't greener out there,
I wouldn't mind a taste,
Sooner or later, you'll know this was coming,
My Life won't go to waste.

Increasing Worry:

Vacations over,
Sun goes down,
Take it all in,
You'll miss this town.

It was the best time,
Sky Bright blue,
Coulda been anyone,
But luck chose you.

Now back to the real world,
Where life moves so fast,
You'll sit here humming,
Longing for the past.

The hourglass drips down,
Faster than you,
Harsh and merciless,
Nothing you can do.

Speed yourself up,
Conform to life's pace,
Inside you wonder,
Why's this a race?
There's increasing worry,
About the ticking clock,
You long for the days,
You weren't in the flock.

Life's worth living,
Only if you live it,
So how can you run past,
And not even see it?

Make it the best time,
Sky's been bright blue,
It can be anyone,
choose it for you.
Make yourself the real world,
Let them move fast,
You'll sit here humming,
Watching them rush past.

The hourglass drips down,
Faster than you
You notice you're smiling,
So much you can do.

Slow yourself down,
Feel life's pace,
Inside you wonder,
How you won the race.

Vacations over,
Sun goes down,
Leave it all behind,
And find you're little town.

Frozen Fingers:

My Old Flame made one request of me,
Keep our moment ours to hold,
Even if the Flame burnt out ages past,
A new moment I must now mold

That's all over now, no worries,
We're part of a better thing now,
Sit down and let me sing to you
Look into my yellow face darling now.

I lost my appetite for manners,
I would not sing Thank You again,
A time had come for a new plan,
What Can I Do to sing instead

Lights all around your eyes,
Staring in mine,
I sing to you and you smiled,
A stop in time, (say goodbye)

Cheering all around this Technicolor ocean,
The band plays up front to a sea of hands,
Lighters Flare, new Flames every second,
But my Flame's been burning here in the stands.

That's all over now, no worries,
We're part of a better thing now,
Sit down and let me sing to you
Look into my yellow face darling now.

In Progress:

Bad news the sky is amplified
Your better half has died
Walking down the street black heels and stunning
All that's left is autumn
You've become a sore thumb
With Swollen eyes and mascara running

Extinguish the flame of your love
The sky is orange and red up above
He loves another just broke the news
Time stolen in new york city
The recent times have been a pity
Sleep will be lost, another one to choose

And I Stared at you
And I wanted you
So I drank more
To even the score

And I needed you,
And I wanted you
But I cant say
I won't push you away

Maybe tonight I can bottle my hopes
Give some slack to these ropes
inform my confidence my hearts on fire
I wanted you
And I had you
But your heart was nothing I could acquire

long time no see

long time no see I hope I can help Billy revive kreviceko by adding blogs and such here.

So the current status of nautical star is...slow progress. I am writing new songs, recreating old songs, and polishing current songs. I am looking to go to a studio with a bunch of songs and record them all. Eventually those songs will be compiled into a CD but, that's not going to happen anytime soon.

There will be fun happenings in the future including hopeful summertime shows.

Keep on the look out :D

Fun Show @ Lions Club in Lewistown

newman The day was young. We started setting up around 1:30pm, but no one was there. We were supposed to play at 2, and when 2 arrived, there were only a few there. 2:30 hits and the place is reasonably packed. Nathaniel Hoho enters the stage... and his sidekick - me.

We rocked the place for a solid 6 songs or so - featured a nice little duet called Umbrella with his girlfriend Rachel Leah - and had the place jumping. Bony added some "high life" by running around with a tamborine. It was a hilarious good time.

Next was a punk band called Discord something - I don't remember the name. They gave me a 80s punk vibe and had the attitudes to follow. The commentary was priceless. The group played a back to back song set, and then they switched instruments, swopped guys, and played another set.

This set was a little more emo style than punk, but just as enjoyable. The drummer was a little sloppy, but the bass player completely made up for it. He stopped from jump-rocking around only to try out his stand-up routine. And.. he was funny. They were a good secular band.

Jeremy enters the stage with a plethora of effects, loop pedals, and drum machines. He played some covers, and some older originals of his to start. He had me learn a keyboard part to one of his songs before he went on, and him and I jammed a song together. He ended the set with nothing shy of amazing as he finally busts out the loop pedal and begins creating his wall of sound. 2 guitars, drums, and some atmospheric guitar later and he was ready for his solo. I grabbed the tamborine and everyone just sort of stared in amazement. It blew me away.

After that song, Jeremy let Bony hop on the mic. I hopped on the bass, jeremy on guitar, and we kicked on Rap Beat 1 on his drum computer. As we pumped hip-hop to the masses, Bony let 'em have it with 3 or 4 verses, accompanied by his hook. I forget it exactly now, but something to the extent of "Can I rock this" - the crowd replies "Yes you can", It was excellent.

We left shortly after that, but only to get back to recording.

Fun stuff. I can't wait to do more.
